This is a tough question.
Now the prince of Rai has revealed his real personality as a Female Numbers Abuser according to our friend definition of course. Mami is now wanted and couldn't leave the algerian territory without being arrested. I'm wondering if Cheba_Mami will consider switching to a new nickname as she hates female abusers as she claims.
Excuse my french but I suggest using Cheba_Kharraya as it fits perfectly to the profile

s/he's a total idiot : i can't belive a person could send all her/his money to somebody claiming to be cheb mami, and if cheb mami lost his money in a tour, he could most certainly contact her/him
